Every job is different, and I want to make sure you get a fair deal whaatever the size of the project. 

For larger jobs - anything that involves significant time or materials - I'll provide a detailed quote upfront so you know exactly what to expect before any work begins.

For smaller jobs and one-off tasks, I work on a straightforward day or hourly rate. Whether it's a quick fix or a full day on site, you'll always know what you're paying for.
